The Berger Bungalow: Uh Oh Cupcakes

Uh Oh Cupcakes

Sometimes Ian and I randomly come up with "fun" ideas... Occasionally they work out, but most of the time they are huge fails. A few weekends ago, we decided to make cupcakes without milk, or a recipe, but we were determined. I would say the end result of these cupcakes were pretty good for not knowing what we were doing at all, but they were definitely different. The consistency was more like corn bread, or pound cake instead of a fluffy cake-like texture & you can tell that they way the rose was kind of strange, but they were not a fail in my eyes. We ended up eating all of them anyway & they were actually really good other than having a thicker consistency! ;)

Uh Oh Cupcakes

2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Beat your eggs, add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla!

Add your flour, salt, baking powder and beat.

Grease a muffin pan and add cupcake liners. Fill your cups and bake for fifteen minutes!

When your cupcakes cool, frost! I used a traditional chocolate frosting recipe.
