Our tea started out by looking at the menu. From what I remember, there were three options:
Buckhead Classic Afternoon Tea ($44) which included teas, tea sandwiches, and pastries.
The Ritz Tea ($60) which included everything above, plus a glass of prosecco, and strawberries dressed in Grand Marnier & whipped cream
Children’s Tea (12 and under) which included tea or hot chocolate, tea sandwiches, and freshly baked scones!
Smoked Salmon, American Caviar
Pumpernickle Bread with Cream Cheese
Cucumber with Dill and Lemon Ricotta Cream
Traditional Egg Salad, with Truffle
Prosciutto and Melon Canape with Mint
Open Faced Turkey Canape with Orange Marmalade
Georgia Shrimp Profiterole with Tarragon and Basil
All of these were great, but my favorites were by far the Smoked Salmon, and Cucumber with Dill and Lemon Ricotta Cream.
The pastry course consisted of:
Assorted Miniature Tea Cookies
with Devonshire Cream & Strawberry Preserves.
