Small Ways To Feel More Confident Starting With Your Morning Routine

I have noticed that feeling confident is something a lot of people struggle with & most of those people do not know where to start when trying to get their confidence back. Why don't you start with your morning routine?! I know that when I have a rushed & stressful morning, my entire day is not too amazing, but when I have a great start in the morning, my entire day seems better and I feel better about myself! Of course, everyone has different struggles, so do whatever you need to for yourself, but here are a few things I do in the morning to make myself feel more confident everyday:


1. Grab a glass of lemon water & eat a healthy breakfast.
Lemon water has so many benefits for you like flushing out the toxins in your body & helping your digestion. Plus, drinking water helps you feel full & detoxes your system! 
My go to healthy breakfast is a green smoothie, but I also love an egg scramble (I typically do egg whites, lean sausage, onions, garlic, spinach, sometimes other vegetables, a little bit of cheese & then I top it with either salsa and/or siracha)!

2. Exercise! Go for a walk or run, do a yoga routine, or go lift weights.
Exercise releases endorphins which helps you relieve stress and feel happier! I am my happiest when I get in a walk everyday and some stretching.

3. Come home and shower + wash your face.
I don't know about you, but I always feel ten times better once I am clean. It gives me an awesome start to my day!

4. Put on your Mascara.
Let me tell you about this mascara I have been using... It is called Younique 3D Mascara and it is AMAZING! I'm not just saying this - I really, really love it. 5. Wear something that you feel beautiful in! 
If you walk around in something that you love, you will naturally feel better about yourself! Wear clothes that make you feel confident and beautiful! I know sweatpants are comfortable, but I bet it doesn't make you feel as confident as cute pants and a nice shirt, or even a casual dress! Wear whatever makes you happy! 

Like I mentioned above, here are my results from Younique 3D Mascara:

In this picture, you can see that my left eye has Younique 3D mascara on & my right eyelashes are just curled.

Younique 3D Mascara on both eyes. Such a huge difference! My eyes look so much more happy, alive and open!

As you see in the first picture, my eyes look so dull. Yes, the lighting is different (I stepped out of my bathroom to get natural light in the third picture), but aren't these results just AMAZING?! I am 100% hooked on this mascara, now.
