The Berger Bungalow: October Favorites

October Favorites
Posted on:10.30.2015

I've found a lot of products over the past few months that I've really wanted to share with you guys, but I realized that I'm not a beauty or fashion blogger, so I didn't want to do a typical "OOTD" post. With that being said, I still want to share cool places, products and things with you guys, so what I've decided to do is create a monthly post about some of the things I'm loving. One month it could be five beauty products, while another month could be all food items (haha, likely) or even a few blog posts I am loving. Whatever it might be, it will be things that I recommend and love! (This post contains affiliate links).

Local:

The Marietta Square has a tea bar called Tiny Bubbles. Ian and I have been getting bubble tea pretty frequently now. Ya know, after pilates, after dinner, before dinner, pretty much constantly. ;) You can say that we are obsessed, but it's okay because they have a rewards program and we've already earned an extra scoop of boba hahah. Go try it!

Food:

You can say that I'm on a soup and stew kick lately. I will post a few recipes soon if you guys want, but some of my favorites have been Cauliflower Soup & an extremely easy Chili Recipe! SO GOOD & healthy.

Drink:

A caption isn't needed on this one. It's perfection. The end.

Decor:

Gobble Til you Wobble Sign. My sister in law gave me this sign. Isn't it too cute?! It's the perfect sign to have out all month long in November!

Song:

Loving this song. I've been obsessed with NEEDTOBREATHE for a long while now & this song never gets old.

Movie:

Ian and I have been working on finishing the movie, August Rush for a few days now. We turn it on for about 30 minutes every night when we get into bed. This movie is a feel-good movie about a kid named Evan that "follows the music." It's a sweet movie.

Beauty:

I recently purchased NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion and it is AMAZING. First of all, the smell is perfection. I'm not sure exactly what it smells like, but it's very perfume-like which I love! The application process was a bit strange at first, but now I'm fine with it and it's part of my normal routine everyday. You put it on in the shower when you are still wet and then rinse it off. I thought that it would all come off, but I actually feel really well moisturized after. So cool!

Do y'all have any awesome finds this month?
