I signed up for the Fit for Fall Charity Challenge today with Tone it up! I have followed Tone it up for a while now; they host fitness challenges every so often & also have weekly fitness schedules plus workout and healthy eating tips. I LOVE this upcoming challenge that starts next Monday - September 21 and think that all of you should join me!
The Fall Charity Challenge is an awesome challenge that is good for yourself and others! Does it get better than that?! The goal of the#100forCharity or #Charitychallenge is to run or walk 100 miles by the holiday season and track it in an app called Charity Miles so that sponsors will donate for you - it's FREE For yourself. How cool is that?! Tone it up also offers free workouts, a weekly workout schedule, daily motivation, challenges, weekly prizes, donations, surprises, recipes and more during the Fall Challenge!
