I lied... I'm posting another easy meal for all of you. It seems like we make a lot of easy meals because we are always on the go, or just getting home from work & do not feel like cooking. Oh well! At least my easy meals are awesome, right?! This is my Shredded BBQ Chicken that I make in our crockpot. You just leave it and go! I did flip the chicken once, but you don't have to. Remember, cooking times might vary depending on your crock pot!
4 Chicken Breasts
Salt & Pepper to taste
Step 1: Grab your FROZEN Chicken Breasts. If you are using thawed breasts, lower your cooking time. Place the chicken in the Crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce.
Step 2: Set the timer on your crockpot for 6 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.
Step 3: Flip the chicken about halfway through cooking time if you want. No big deal if you don't!
Step 4: Shred you chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5: EAT!
You can make sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc. with this recipe, and you'll even have tons of leftovers!
