My favorite healthy and easy breakfast is a big green smoothie! The carrots and spinach gives the smoothie a vegetable boost in the morning which I love, the banana and frozen mango give it some sweetness, and the greek yogurt gives it a little protein boost. I usually add Orange juice, but you can add almond milk, or just water, instead if you'd like.
This is how the smoothie looks once blended. Amazing! If you are giving this smoothie to kids, you can hide the green color by adding some berries to it.
Ian and I occasionally add protein to it, but 99% of the time I don't. Enjoy!!! :)
